I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has been reading since my relaunch here in June. It’s been a crazy crazy few months and blogging more regularly has been a real pleasure for me.
Open Android Messages on your smartphone. On the Mac, access messages.android.com in Safari, Chrome or any other web browser you use. On the screen of your Mac, you will see a unique QR code. Back to your phone, tap “Scan QR code” and aim your camera at the screen so that the QR code fits the rectangle on the phone. If you're a Mac user with an Android phone, some apps on your computer aren't very useful, such as Messages, which is meant to work and sync with iOS devices. But now, thanks to MDRS, LLC, using the Messages app on your Mac with an Android phone is now possible and easily achievable. Plus, we've got 50 promo codes to give away for a free year of service! Meet “AirText” that lets you overcome the hurdle. The app synchronizes Android SMS text messages to your Mac, Windows PC, Android Tablet, and even iPad. As soon as you receive a message on your smartphone, it notifies you to keep you updated. To allow your Mac to send and receive text messages turn the slider to green. You will see a message saying to enter the code shown on your Mac to allow iPhone text messages to also be sent. On the Messages screen, tap on Text Message Forwarding (See image below) 5. On the next screen, you will see a list of Apple devices linked to your Apple ID under “Allow these devices to send and Receive Text Messages from this iPhone”. Turn on the option to Send and Receive Text Messages for your Mac (See image below).
To anyone who has been reading, sharing, commenting, I thank you from the very bottom of my heart.
The first of three parts to my 100th blog post answers readers' and patients' questions about my background - growing up, college, medical school, orthopaedics, and biggest influences. After four years of blogging and advocacy and public speaking, publishing this officially marks my 100th blog post! Little did I know when I started my blog over four years ago that this project I began with hesitation would continue for so long. I didn't know it would be so important to my recovery.
Over the next hundred posts, you can expect more fantasy bakes on Mondays in my ‘I Would Love to Bake a Cake for…’ series. I’m working on one for next Monday so special that you won’t even care if Monday’s blue. I genuinely love writing these silly little articles.
I’ve loved sharing Wedding Cake Wednesday with you and letting you behind the velvet rope on how the creative process works from consultation to delivery.
My 100th Blog Poster
My 100th Blog Post 5:21 AM to Read (Words) I can't believe this is my 100th blog post! I'm certainly glad that it's the blog and not my 100th birthday I'm celebrating. This is my 100th Blog post! It really doesn’t seem like I could have written a 100 post, but here I am. I think this is cause for celebration. Many blogs get started, but how many actually get to 100 posts? I’ll be honest, I started blogging as bit of a hobby. I knew it was something I enjoyed doing, but had no idea how much it would take over my life. My blog is like my third. Blog My 100th Blog Post. My 100th Blog Post. This feels like a little milestone that needs marking. So I made myself a giant biscuit. I want to say a huge thank you.
